● For people living with Type 2 diabetes

A nutrition plan built around your patterns — not a generic handout.

We start with a short Zoom call. I listen to how you actually eat, move, and live — then I build a plan made for you. No cost.

Your week, not a template

Sample of what a personalized plan starts from

We spot the one Thursday-evening spike that a printed diet sheet would never catch — and plan around it.
The difference

Most plans are written for “a person with Type 2.” Yours is written for you.

The generic handout

One sheet, everyone gets the same

  • Rules that ignore your schedule, budget, and culture
  • Foods you don’t eat and can’t stand
  • No idea when your numbers actually move
  • Sits in a drawer by week two

Your personalized plan

Built from your real patterns

  • Shaped around how you already eat and live
  • Meals you’ll genuinely look forward to
  • Targets the moments that spike your glucose
  • Realistic enough to actually keep
How it works

Three simple steps. It starts with a conversation.

No forms to fill for hours, no jargon. Just a short talk and a plan made for your life.

01

Book a short Zoom call

Pick a time that works. We’ll talk for about 20–30 minutes — relaxed, no pressure.

We map your patterns

How you eat, your routine, what you’ve tried, and where your glucose tends to move.

I build your plan

A personalized nutrition plan made around your patterns — sent straight to you. No cost.

What you walk away with

A plan you’ll actually use.

Living with Type 2 diabetes is personal. Your plan should be too. Here’s what the free session gives you.

“For the first time, the plan fit my life instead of asking me to fit the plan.”

— the goal for every person I work with

A plan built around your patterns

Meals and timing shaped by how you really eat — not a one-size sheet.

The spikes we can target

We find the moments your glucose tends to move and plan directly around them.

Food you’ll enjoy

Rooted in your tastes, budget, and culture — so it’s realistic to keep going.

Clear next steps

Simple, doable actions for the week ahead. No overwhelm, no jargon.
